40 Hour HAZWOPER Training Course (Course fee $395)

8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher Course (course fee $125)

24 or 40 Hour HAZWOPER Training Course meets OSHA requirements for recurrent training of personnel engaged in hazardous waste operations as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.120, including removal or handling of underground tanks and/or piping, contaminated soil and/or groundwater, subsurface investigations, construction work in which hazardous materials may potentially be present, encountered, prepared, packaged, labeled, marked, stored, shipped for disposal, or any facility wherein hazardous wastes are treated, stored, or disposed. An 8 hour Refresher training course is required by OSHA on an annual basis.

8-Hour HAZWOPER Annual Refresher Certification Course meets OSHA requirements for recurrent training of personnel engaged in hazardous waste operations as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.120, including removal or handling of underground tanks and/or piping, contaminated soil and/or groundwater, subsurface investigations, construction work in which hazardous materials may potentially be present, encountered, prepared, packaged, labeled, marked, stored, shipped for disposal, or any facility wherein hazardous wastes are treated, stored, or disposed. This training course is required by OSHA on an annual basis, following initial 24 or 40 hours of initial HAZWOPER training.

The RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Course was developed to keep you and your management staff ahead of the State and Federal laws governing compliance with 40 CFR 262.34 and 265.16. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), requires all facilities that generate hazardous waste, have training that includes detailed regulatory requirements. Training topics include: Emergency response, waste characterization, transportation container marking and labeling, waste minimization, and manifesting. This course, will teach you how to understand and simplify applicable regulations and more importantly, learn to apply them at your facility. This training course that is required by the EPA on an annual basis.

Hazardous Materials Transportation Outline (DOT HM 181, 215A&B) This one day course covers the training requirements of 49 CFR 172.704 which requires any person involved in offering a hazardous material for transportation to be properly trained. The course takes a unique approach to proper hazardous materials transportation handling. Each element is explained along with examples of what to do and what not to do. This course must be refreshed every 3 years and applies to anyone involved in selecting a package, marking a container, applying a label, preparing paperwork (e.g. Bills of Lading, Manifests etc.) or handling a hazardous material during the course of commercial transportation.
