How to Order for delivery in the United States

We accept orders by phone or fax. We accept purchase orders from schools, governments and most companies. We request that you submit purchase orders by fax, after confirming availability. Our phone number is 1-770-663-0711 and our fax number is 1-770-663-0547.

We also accept payment by Master Card, Visa, American Express, JCB card, check, purchase order and Western Union. If you would like to transfer funds by Western Union, please ask for our help if necessary.

If you wish to pay by credit card, we will need the card type, card number, the name on the card and the expiration date. If ordering by fax, the person whose name appears on the credit card should sign the fax giving authorization for the charge. We will not bill the credit card until the item ships. Shipping Charges: We use a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs for speed or economy. The least expensive shipping method is normally UPS ground. For orders less than $500, our usual charge for UPS ground shipment is $5. For shipping by more rapid methods than UPS ground, or for shipments valued at more than $500, please call for a quote. UPS has a variety of rapid shipping methods including overnight, 2nd day air and 3 day select.

How to Order for Overseas Delivery

We accept orders by phone or fax or by our secure ordering system. Our phone numbers are given above.

You may wish to call or send email to verify availability. We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, American Express, JCB card, check, wire transfer, or by Western Union. If you would like to transfer funds by Western Union, please contact us for information on how to do this. There are 30,000 Western Union offices worldwide that can assist you with funds transfer. This is safer and much quicker than mailing a check.

For credit card purchases, we will need the type of card (Visa or Master card, etc.) the card number, the name on the card and the expiration date. The delivery address should match the credit card's billing address. For purchases greater than $500, send us a fax copy (image) of both sides of the credit card. The person whose name appears on the card must sign the order approving the total amount to be charged to the card and we must be able to compare the signature on the order with the signature on the back of the credit card.

We can provide you with a quote on shipping costs that will be specific to your location and order. We do not charge any tax on overseas shipments. However, the buyer is responsible for paying any local customs duties or taxes when the products are received.
