How to Order in the United States

We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, American Express and JCB card, check or purchase order. Please send purchase orders by fax. In some cases, you may want to print the order form at the link below and fax it to us with your order.

Return policy - Software cannot be returned unless it is defective. The quality of translation of the translation software can be determined on our web site, by using sample translations. We recommend that the customer use this sample translation feature before placing an order.

Any item that is defective can be returned within 15 days for a full refund. Items, other than software, that are not defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% if it has been taken out of its box and 10% if the it has not been opened. Call for our approval and instructions before returning an item. The buyer is responsible for making sure that the item is returned in good condition, with the appropriate insurance.

Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We try to answer email inquires within 3 hours or less.

Pen Shipping Charges: We use a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs for speed or economy. For Space Pens or Cross Pens, we normally ship by mail, either first class or priority mail for shipments within the United States. You will be allowed to select the shipping method in the final stages of online ordering. The cost is $2 for first class mail within the United States and Canada, regardless of weight. Shipping cost for overseas pen shipments is $5 per package, regardless of weight. Overseas pen shipments are by airmail.

Software and computer equipment to be shipped within the United States. We prefer to ship by UPS, unless another method is requested. The least expensive shipping UPS method is by UPS ground. For most of our items, our charge for UPS ground shipment is $5. If an item weighs more than 2 lbs., the shipping cost may be more than $5. All of our software is 2 lbs or less per unit.

International shipments of software and computer equipment. We can use either Express Airmail or a courier such as UPS or Federal Express. Please call for a quote as prices vary considerably.

How to Order for Overseas Delivery

We accept payment by Master card, Visa, American Express and the JCB card as well as check or purchase order. If you are buying by purchase order, please contact us for approval before placing your order.

For credit card purchases, we will need the type of card (Visa or Master card, etc.) the card number, the name on the card and the expiration date. The delivery address should match the credit card's billing address. For purchases greater than $500, send us a fax copy (image) of both sides of the credit card. The person whose name appears on the card must sign the order approving the total amount to be charged to the card and we must be able to compare the signature on the order with the signature on the back of the credit card.

We can provide you with a quote on shipping costs that will be specific to your location and order. Shipping for software is usually $30 by International Express airmail. Shipping translation software to Europe is $50 and $80 to South America by Federal Express.

The buyer is responsible for paying any local customs duties or taxes when the products are received.
